AI Escape 2027 is looking for volunteers and interns who want to support a neurodivergent-friendly conference experience focused on AI pressure, career resilience, mental wellness, burnout, and navigating an AI-disrupted world.

Volunteers and interns may help with virtual event support, marketing, promotions, attendee communications, speaker coordination, resource organization, and event operations.

Ways to Support

Virtual Event Support

Help support live virtual sessions, attendee questions, chat moderation, speaker transitions, and behind-the-scenes event flow.

Marketing & Promotions

Help share AI Escape updates, promote registration, organize outreach lists, and support social media or email campaigns.

Speaker & Attendee Support

Help organize speaker information, attendee communications, session reminders, digital resources, and follow-up materials.

All Access Support

Support limited planning or coordination needs connected to the All Access cruise retreat experience. Travel and cruise access are not included unless otherwise stated.

Internship Interest

Students who are seeking internship experience may also submit interest. Internships are currently unpaid and may change in the future as funding, sponsorships, or program structure develops.

Internship opportunities may include event planning, nonprofit operations, marketing, communications, digital content, speaker coordination, attendee experience, research, or administrative support.

Volunteer Acknowledgment

AI Ignition Hub may provide a volunteer acknowledgment letter for individuals who support AI Escape 2027.

Please note that the value of donated time or services is generally not tax-deductible. Unreimbursed volunteer expenses may be deductible in some cases. Volunteers and interns should consult a tax advisor for guidance.
